RETURNS
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, given items are accompanied by proof of purchase. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for even exchange. After 30 days items will not be accepted. If returned to VERTIZONTAL the item(s) will be mailed back to the customer. Sale item(s) can be returned within 30 days for an even exchange only. Item(s) can only be returned in the condition the customer originally received them. Customer will receive status of return/refund via email.

Where does VERTIZONTAL deliver?
VERTIZONTAL only delivers to physical addresses. Deliveries will not be made to P.O. boxes.
How long does it take for my VERTIZONTAL bag to be delivered?

What are VERTIZONTAL bags made of?
All VERTIZONTAL bags are made of genuine cowhide leather, some of which have been embossed with a snake skin print, for the exterior and faux suede for the lining unless otherwise stated.

How do I know that I'm buying an authentic VERTIZONTAL bag?
VERTIZONTAL bags can only be purchased directly from the VERTIZONTAL website. The only exception is if the designer holds an event that allows products to be bought in person. VERTIZONTAL bags are currently not in stores.
